Exclusive: Rock Band Unplugged Track List

The Bad Replacements

Rather than speculate about who will be filling Thomas' seat in the interim until the October elections, I thought I'd make a list of the people who I'd rather not see take the seat. A few on my list are actual contenders -- or that's what they think anyway.
  1. Peggy Wilson. This is an easy pick. Can you imagine going from Thomas who was great at uniting racially diverse residents to Peggy who ran her 2006 mayoral campaign on the anti "pimps, gang-bangers and welfare queens" platform? Charming woman, I'm sure.
  2. Kimberly Williamson Butler - You know, the woman who ran for mayor in 2006 in order to gracefully bow out of her job. She was also the mastermind behind depositing all of the cash evidence held for criminal trials thereby making it unavailable for court.
  3. Jay Batt - Ineffective and has been known to set aside recommendations from other city agencies and the public to give a hand to his friends.
  4. Rob Couhig - I don't even know where to begin.
  5. Jackie Clarkson - Since losing her City Council seat after Katrina, Clarkson has remained in the public eye as a political analyst. In her public appearances after her loss, it seemed that it affected her greatly however, I don't think anyone was saying, "go away" but rather, "find something else." She has found that something else. She's heavily involved in the arts and I have created a drinking game based on the number fleur de lis' that she is wearing on any televised appearance.
