The better half decided to come out with me today and after sunscreening up and walking over to the Fairgrounds we grabbed some water and headed over to the food area to get some lunch. I had the above cajun fried chicken (dark meat of course) and a side of jambalaya. The tasty meal went down great with water while sitting outside the Economy Hall tent listening to Hot Club of New Orleans, but enough of that, food is why you're reading this. The chicken is available either with or without the jambalaya in white or dark meat is is crunchy in a way you can't imagine.
