Rocky you disappoint me... you should have yelled at the president in DC instead of congratulating him on a job well done... you should have insisted on dinner in your trailer instead of donuts in the White House... you should have called him out on national television instead of bending over backwards to kiss up to the president... you should have asked for some accountablity or some followup on his Jackson Square promises instead of wishing he could be president another four years after this term...
I wonder how much you lost that you could travel to DC on what may have been you dime only to say thanks for going beyond to call to someone who clearly hasn't... would you do the same down here... have you shown up at the governor's mansion asking to tell Blanco how much you love what she has done? Have you tracked down your very own Junior Rodrigez to say how great he has been under pressure? Or even tracked down the refinery supervisor in St. Bernard and said you were great at that oil spill clean up?
Rocky you came off looking like a toady and a fraud and just a disappointing photo opp, maybe next time you can actually follow through and call out the big guy and ask what is being done and why the congress led by his party neglected to even aknowledge the Katrina anniversary before leaving town...
What's going on here? Why am I posting so much? Today, in honor of Katrina I am attempting a 24 hour 24 post blogathon.

1. Without a doubt Katrina did one nasty job. However if New Orleans only had a mayor that really cared about the people he would have already had a plan for rebuilding and got it well under way. Between him and that brainless governor things should have had most of the trash and cars removed and reconstruction started. Stop blamiing Bush, stop blaming the government. There's millions of bucks floating around down there. The state Lousania should have the responsibility for rebuilding. I mean look ar the other states in that area and see how they are handling the rebuilding effort.
